We love making handmade pies and pastries for people to enjoy together.
Crumb is yum. We believe crumb is the most delicious way to top a pie.
Local matters. We use local ingredients whenever possible, supporting many farmers and producers in our region. Our flavors change seasonally, so there's always something new to enjoy.
Reducing waste. We use high quality pie tins that can be re-used again and again. Our boxes and bags are made from post-consumer content. We strive to compost fruit trimmings as much as possible and minimize waste. We donate leftover pies to food banks and nonprofits to avoid going into landfills.
Pies for all people. We offer pies made with our regular crust, made with butter and local flour, as well as our Gluten Free/Vegan pies and cookies. Please note our GF pastries are made in a shared facility and may contain trace amounts of wheat. People with severe gluten sensitivities should avoid our pastries.
